Blog 1: The Origin Of Mind Performance Coffee


Hi my name is Michael & I have some exciting news. I would like to introduce you to Mind Performance Coffee. If you love coffee and you are also looking for an easy habit to aid your vitality, performance and fitness goals... this may be helpful. This product can also be a great addition to your daily nutrition routine that may include intermittent fasting, keto or any other regime where you are trying to get an edge on your vitality & performance.
For over a decade as a personal trainer I have been helping my community get into shape and improve their vitality. To do so I have dived deep into the world of exercise, nutrition, coaching and supplementation. Why? Because these are some of the biggest influencers towards your health and fitness results. To improve my skills and find strategies that are valuable I often test them on myself. If I find them to be successful I will than test them on my clients.
For the last year I have been experimenting with a few different strategies and supplements on myself to help with my own weight management and daily energy. I personally follow a intermittent fasting routine. This strategy can be great for body weight management, blood sugar and improvements in vitality. Though there may be downsides with cravings, fatigue and potential loss of muscle growth. I also found that some clients (and even myself) don't like having a big breakfast when first waking up... though want something thats easy to consume that will kickstart their day. I started to play around with my morning coffees. Adding a few selected supplements to my morning brew for convenience and to review improvements with my energy, body weight goals, vitality and focus.
After I had great success with myself I tested the idea with 10 clients. The feedback was overwhelming positive. I also had even more people reaching out to me with interest in the product creation.
We are now in formulation and the creation of this product. I truly believe in this product and my goal is to share it with others. It helps:

I am working on a coffee and mocha flavour. That can be consumed by putting a scoop into your morning coffee cup, pouring hot water, mixing and drinking. Easy!
As mentioned, this is a easy habit with valuable benefits. My goal is to make this product easily available for anyone worldwide to have access to. I want to help create a ritual morning routine that covers the bases I listed above to improve vitality and is simple to access, make and consume.
