When can I start the weight loss challenge?
Anytime! Once you opt in you will receive the challenge and instructions to your email. You can start the mini shred challenge straight away or plan a starting date.
Do I have to buy anything to join?
No - Though we highly recommend to just purchase our MPC coffee for the best results. Everything else — coaching, education, and support — is included in the challenge.
We recommend grabbing 2 pouches, depending on whether you want 1 or 2 coffees per day (each pouch has 14 serves). For best results and appetite control, 2 per day is ideal — especially during the performance fasting window.

We can however provide you the steps that are tailored to you, bestow support and give you accountability as we are invested in your success.
Each client has their own unique results. Our goal is to maximise your genetic potential with our personal training service. We all have different genetics and starting points. Your result will be your own.
All clients you see on our website were committed to their results, worked hard, followed the plan consistently and made the decision to give their best effort over time to create the results you see.
Please manage expectations. This is a free to join challenge where it is optional to purchase our performance coffee. This challenge is proven to achieve results the better you follow it. If you find any challenges with your weight loss goals you may need more attention to detail.

Do I need to follow a workout plan too? and do I need to join a gym?
Exercise is optional but encouraged. We’ll provide training suggestions if you want to maximize results. The workouts will have an option to do at home and also an option for the gym.
What if I have gut issues or a sensitive stomach? Allergen information
Our coffee is gut-friendly — no sweeteners, no high fats, just clean fuel to support digestion and performance.
Our functional coffee blends do not directly contain gluten, dairy, eggs, or nuts. However, they are packaged in a facility that handles these ingredients. If you are highly sensitive, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.
