Hey, it's Michael here. It's a late night here in Sydney, Australia though I wanted to share the journey it has taken to create MPC. In this blog post I am going to share how I validated my idea of MPC while inviting 10 people to join a 14 day special weight loss program that included the MPC coffee formula. 

At the time of writing this blog the formulation of MPC is currently being finalised before production. I will share some key ingredients in another blog post though it's very exciting to see my vision start to come to life. 

Before I tested the idea with some of my personal training clients and audience I was actually doing the program on myself. I found myself not wanting to eat a big breakfast in the morning... though I wanted to consume something light, easy and quick that would tick my vitality boxes for the first half of the day. 

I found myself following an intermittent fasting diet. But with my background I was aware that with intermittent fasting there may be a potential loss of lean muscle mass. It can be quite hard to hit your protein target if only eating a couple meals in the day. I also wanted to perform at my best, prevent cravings, fight fatigue and have a high level of focus to work on my business tasks for the day. I also am heavily invested into my own health and fitness so will look for an edge any way I can to help improve this valuable area of my life. 

My morning coffee was and still is a ritual. I always make one at home after my shower in the morning before work and another mid morning while working. To aid my performance I started to add certain supplements to my coffee to help my focus, mitigate muscle loss and gain more energy. This allowed me to follow the intermittent diet easily, aiding my body weight management and vitality goals. In conversation others became interested in what I was doing. It was working for myself so I decided to test if it would work for others. There were 4 key details I focused on in which the functional coffee formula needed to support:

1. Intermittent Fasting 

2. Keto & Low Carb Friendly 

3. Low In Calories

4. Supports A Healthy Balance Diet 

On Instagram I shared a story inviting 10 people to join a 14 day intermittent fasting weight loss program, with the special coffee mix. I had a lot of interest to join and selected those that could give me brutal and honest feedback of the coffee.

Over the 14 days I had very positive feedback from the experience. The individuals that joined the program lost weight, found it an easy habit, had more focus and an increase in energy. They also mentioned they had less cravings and would be interested to purchase a coffee mix like the one they used in the future. Once I had feedback that it would be useful, helpful and easy to add into a daily routine I decided to move onto the next steps and start to properly formulate the coffee product. They mentioned that they would use the coffee into their daily routine and the program to help their health, fitness and vitality goals. I also had feedback to create a mocha flavour + coffee flavour.

Jasmin found the coffee supplement useful to help her health and fitness goals. 

I used the feedback to make small improvements, like dealing in the electrolytes so it wouldn't take to salty and was enjoyable to consume. 

It's only the start but I truly believe in this product and how it can help others perform and be at their best. It also helped bring the 14 day MPC weight loss challenge to life.
